Biochemistry
Life Sciences research at the Weizmann Institute of Science spans the Faculty of Biology and the Faculty of Biochemistry, exploring the mechanisms of life across multiple scales. Research areas include molecular biology, developmental biology, neurobiology, immunology, systems biology, regenerative biology, microbiology, cell biology, genetics, biochemistry, cancer research and plant sciences, using advanced technologies.
As an MSc student, you will join research groups working to deepen our fundamental understanding of biology. You may also choose a more translational research direction, such as advancing new approaches to diagnosing and treating diseases including cancer, neurodegenerative, autoimmune and metabolic disorders.
