Bible and the Ancient Near East
This MA program enables students to delve into the literature, history, cultures and languages of the Ancient Near East through critical examination of Biblical texts, intensive study of Biblical Hebrew and Akkadian, and Biblical archaeology courses and
study tours. In addition, students have the option to study modern Hebrew from beginner through advanced levels. This program is geared towards students with a background in the field who wish
to pursue further academic studies.
